Please note: Due to the packaging, all our Neon Signs ship separately from other items ordered. If you order a neon along with other items, the neon will ship in a different box by itself. Due to this, packages may arrive on different days. We fully insure all UPS shipments at no cost to the customer, so if you want to protect your neon sign against possible damage, you must choose UPS as the shipping method when checking out. Damages must be brought to our attention within 5 days.
